The choice of soups followed by the most delicious scones and scrumptious variety of cupcakes/ traybakes was heavenly ! Plus you get to enjoy it in the charming cosy chair . Thanks again for the experience I highly recommend it and we certainly plan to go back .

I love this place and have been a customer for many years. Everything is baked fresh on the premises each day. The decor is quaint and has a classic tea room/parlour feel. It is as stated 'Cosy'. The back of the building has beautiful views of Belfast Lough. To top all that off it is inexpensive costing around £3.50 for a pot of tea and scone/traybake 😊

Nice setting, really nice furniture. Great baked goods and coffee, nice relaxing place, significantly better priced than a chain coffee house. Way better experience as well, 100% recommended. Try the raspberry white chocolate scone

Wonderfully understated coffee shop in whiteabbey. Went here for afternoon tea (book before to avail of afternoon tea) and for the price we got a fantastic offering. Soup to start and then a selection of buns and scones with a hot drink. Would definitely recommend and can't wait to go back

Always busy guys so I would advise to visit during quieter times as parking can be a nightmare and getting a seat can be difficult. The good thing is though their is an upstairs seating area which is open during busy times, good for those who are able to climb stairs but for those who can't it's not so good. The shop is very small leaving not much room for prams or wheelchairs to manover round however the furnishings are so cute and girly and the teapots are beautiful, so colourful. This little place is sure to brighten your day when your visit as there's not many places like it in NI. They serve the most delicious raspberry and white chocolate scones that are not for the clean freaks amongst us as they are so messy but so worth it. They also have a substantial selection of traybakes scones and cakes. The price is very reasonable of not under priced for the quality. The last thing I have to say is bring cash guys as they do not take card which is an unfortunate annoyance as I rarely carry cash however there is a bank machine at the end of the street. Overall the cosey chair is worth a little visit.

The Cosy Chair has a slight barrier to overcome for first timers as there are two doors but only one to enter. You also can't see inside so you don't know what to expect. It's well worth entering through the left door. It is small and cosy inside. I had a reasonably priced coffee and a heated cherry scone. I'd bumped into an old friend and it was the perfect place to catch up over a coffee without music blaring or other such distractions. Give me a like if you found this helpful.
