Ordered 2 x whopper meals and asked for 3 x small king savers burgers, but told that they are not available anymore more. So, just got the 2 meals. I was called forward to pick up the order and was given 2 x whoppers, just burgers. When I said that my order was for whopper meals, she rolled her eyes

Calling this bunch incompetent would be a compliment. My food order was a total of 8 items. 3 items were missing and of the 5 items I did recieve 2 were wrong. Avoid unless you like to be disappointed. Note to restaurant - TRAIN YOUR STAFF HOW TO PUT A FULL FOOD ORDER IN A BAG, ITS NOT ROCKET SCIEN

This place is an absolute joke to say the least! Placed my order and stood waiting for 40 minutes before someone turned round and asked what my order was to then say it was going to be put on now, during this 40 minute wait 2 in particular staff members were chasing each other around and in and out

I was having lunch with my friend in this Burger King and the staff were cheeky and very Ignorant the wait took 20 minutes when we finally got our food it was cold and the drinks were warm. I will never eat here again

Burger King Northcott, Glengormley Stood waiting on order,, watching a woman who had part missing then bring back twice due to being incorrect, I received my order, drove home and on opening up one of the meals it was wrong! The shop was not overly busy, how hard to get a simple order correct

Have just stood in a queue with 5 other customers for twenty mins and not a single order was taken. Priority given to all Deliveroo and Just Eat orders when there were paying customers directly in front of the staff. Extremely poor customer service, will avoid in future.
