Three of us went here on a Thursday at lunchtime, big mistake..... It was packed and the noise wasn't good. It's a beautiful place with lovely food, though I think it's a bit pricey for a sandwich 🥪 which was 3 cheeses mixed together cut in triangles in a box.
Very busy but lots of room if you are prepared to go upstairs. Food delicious and staff very efficient. The range of buns is delicious!!
Our local stop for coffee and breakfast, excellent food and wide range of choice. Friendly helpful staff with time chat and assist older people with food to table.
Knotts is always a busy place, but the bakery area and cafe sell delicious meals and cakes.
There is a pleasant atmosphere and staff are friendly and helpful.
Food is always lovely here. Staff are friendly in the cafe and the food is always fresh. Reasonably priced. Their cakes are really nice, always fresh and they last for a few days. If you haven’t been I would recommend you try this place. It can be very busy but you can’t book as far as I’m aware.
This place is very clean especially the Disabled Toilet, the staff are very helpful and friendly, although very busy at times well worth the Waite, as if it was not busy i would wonder why, the food is fantastic and a very good verity
Food good, staff friendly and very hardworking especially Sylvia who couldn't be more helpful! Without doubt the staff are the greatest asset to your business. I am very disappointed that points can't be added retrospectively as I don't always carry my loyalty card.☹️
Sausages rolls, Florentines cappuccino coffee on clean tables with soft seats in a relaxed environment. Not too crowded but plenty of pleasant staff to serve us and continuously clean tables and floors.full marks to Knott's staff.

Great range of sweet and savoury food on offer. I purchased a chicken, bacon and avocado sandwich, very fresh and well filled!
Nice place, very friendly staff. Reasonably priced. Surprisingly busy for a coffee shop not being in a shopping complex. Good to see.

Fab service warm and inviting loads of seating. Lunches are great salad s fish N chips, roast dinners soft filled rolls great choice of cakes, tray bakes, scones, Thier apple tart and fresh cream is to due for. Good tea and coffee offers take away too.
Had an excellent Ulster fry, beautifully cooked. Nice friendly staff and spotlessly clean. Recommended.
Great for scones, bread and buns. Also there is a restaurant available here.
