Jersey Mike's Subs

I placed an order on the mobile app for a club sub with just lettuce and oregano. The app says 6:45 so we get there at the time but it still took 20 more minutes for us to get our food. Then when I get home (thank God I live 2 minutes away) I see that there is tomatoes on my sub. So I had to go back to try and get them to remake it the correct way. I'm pregnant and shouldn't have had to do all of that especially while hungry at that point. So my boyfriend took the sub back just for them to tell him they're out of parmesan rosemary bread. If they would've made it right the 1st time we wouldn't be here again. They messed up the same order a few months prior, I'm convinced they make the subs how they want and not how we order. I'm officially done with Jersey Mike's I finally uninstalled the app. I just wanted my refund after that smh

Bad service one employee had a bad attitude. I placed an order and requested parmesan rosemary. I was told they were out and was told they only had white or wheat bread. I selected white. I waited for 15 plus minutes then 8 or more customers came in after me. I watched them make 8-12 plus sandwiches after my order. Which were made with white bread. There was a family of 4 as well. I asked how much longer they told me they are busy. I said I see that but I was here before everybody else. Then I was told they only have wheat bread. I don't like wheat bread. I got so angry and frustrated. I told them to keep it. I didn't even get my money back. Went to the Greenbrier in Chesapeake. Night and day I was greeted at the door. They had the bread I wanted it took 5 mins if even that.

The employees at this location are very rude and try to get you out of there way very quickly. I have an autistic child and was trying to get him to tell me what he wanted. The long haired girl with brown hair, kept interrupting while he tried to tell me what he wanted. The subs are extremely expensive now. I will keep going to Jimmy John's or Subway. I'm not paying $18 w taxes for a sub. I'm done with Jersey Mike's. If you want to be treated rudely and pay armand leg for a sub, this is the place for you

This location use to have very good cheesesteaks. I recently visited and ordered a cheesesteak and the current staff did not care how the food was prepared. They burnt the meat and I ended up throwing away the whole sandwich. It was disgusting! Also, none of the staff where wearing masks. I will not be visiting this location again...it was a waste of $17.

The manager is awesome. He is professional and friendly and runs the store really well. Great customer service. I would rather come to this JM's over any other location for these reasons. Ingredients always fresh resulting in great sandwiches. Location = 1211 N Military Hwy, Norfolk, VA 23502 Same positive, pleasant demeanor every time we leave the office to go here for lunch. He is the man.

We love this Jersey Mike's! We never get our sandwiches anywhere else! The reason for that would be because of Elijah. He has the best customer service, remembers us every time, and always makes our sandwiches correctly. Every time we are there, we have seen him train others and always keep a positive attitude. Thank you Elijah for providing us with a safe haven for our food options! -Steph & Oliver
