Skrimp Shack

This place was surprisingly decent. The staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions. She reminded us that we could get the grilled option as well as the deep fried. It is a better option than L.J.S. if you have a hankering for fried fast-food seafood. The food came out pretty quickly and they brought it to the table. I enjoyed that they gave you the option for different types of fish. Overall, I'd go back.

Very disappointed. I went here because new dishes that just came out popped on my news feed. I IMMEDIATELY head over to try the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and the spicy skrimp basket. Upon opening the bag at home I noticed that both items did NOT look like what was pictured and what I was looking forward too. The sandwich did not have Nashville hot sauce around the chicken like in the picture, and the Skrimp basket was missing the peppers and onions in the picture. Overall the items tasted okay ....but It not what I wanted. Very disappointed.

I am staying in a hotel that is an 8 minute walk from Skrimp Shack. But traveling for 3 days from Sicily I chose to have food delivered. I ordered 2 buffalo shrimp tacos which arrived stone cold. Remember it's only an 8 minute walk. I ordered the shrimp basket lunch with 2 cocktail sauces (paid extra for the sauces). No cocktail sauce arrived in the order I order a side of fried okra which was not completely cooked. I ordered a side of collards which spilled all over all my other items and busted through the bottom of the bag. Finally, no plastic ware provided to eat the collards and no napkins provided to wipe off all the spilled collards. Yep, this is one unhappy customer, Karen D.

Went in there today for lunch. They were very busy, but the Employees handled it like pros. Employees were very friendly and helpful even while being yelled at by rude customers. Food was hot and delicious. Customer service was outstanding . Lucky to have great employees.like the ones working today. ..
