My experience was horrible I spent 45 minutes in line just for an associate to move to the next customer and tell me someone else would assist me. She had just spent 45 minutes assisting a Spanish family and she was speaking Spanish as well. She skipped me to assist another Spanish person. She spoke English fairly well I might add. So I know there wasn't a language barrier between us two. I feel discriminated against and because of this I am going to reach out to corporate to get this issue resolved. I ended up going to another t-mobile and I was assisted with respectfulness and I was able to upgrade my phone in 30 minutes they were very pleasant. To the associate that works at this tidewater drive location. I'm not sure what your name is. This is not the last you will hear of me. You need to learn how to treat people because your life will not be easy if you dont. You spoke of not eating your whole shift, I work 40 plus hours a week and sometimes I take a 3 to 4 minute lunch. It is not am excuse to act the way you acted. God bless your soul.

Absolutely amazing!! Lorenzo was Knowledgeable and helpful. He went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect before we left. He stayed late and worked hard. Never made us feel like a bother. Go see Lorenzo - I promise he can help you!!

poor customer service from the store manger, came in to have my screen protector replaced, he did not even bother check if the screen was available, his first respond was "the screen is not available check with another T-Mobile store". As a manager you want to meet customer satisfaction, he did not care. I was ashamed of myself and my seven years of using T-Mobile.

Everybody at T-Mobile Tidewater is AWESOME! ALL VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE! Pedro explained everything to me perfectly and he gave me a free tablet promotion and 4 lines all for 125$ a month! couldn't be happier. Wish i could gave Pedro more stars when it got busy he's very good at helping mutiple people at once.

I cannot think of a better place to go for T-Mobile services, equipment. Etc. Brittany was absolutely customer-oriented and as sweet as she could be as she helped me through the process of getting a new phone. The manager, Khan, did everything to make my visit great. I wish I was treated this where this way everywhere I did business. Customer service is absolutely important and these guys know it. Thanks again T-Mobile!!!!

Pedro is awesome! He is very patient . I tried to get the home internet and it didnt end up working anyway but his salesmanship was on point . Too bad the home internet didnt end up working out but im still a t mobile customer. I also like how they always play Bruno Mars every time i walk in. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
