Oceanview Diner

I’ve been coming to this diner for months, I can give a full review of my experience so far. Today I had the shrimp and grits for the first time, it was great, the grits were a bit soupy, but great flavor, the shrimp and the sauce had all the right amount of spiciness. I also have the banana bread every time, it’s so good! Previously I’ve had the biscuit and gravy, the skillet, etc. they all have been good every time. The service has always been great as well and we end up satisfied every time. Great restaurant.

As a local, I am so grateful for this restaurant. It’s small, but friendly and inviting. The food is delicious. The staff are hard working, especially the ones behind the scenes. This hometown restaurant is growing in its popularity and therefore it can become difficult to satisfy the increasing requests for to-go orders. They have a large number of people who wanted to take the time to visit the restaurant and enjoy the fine dining while getting to meet the friendly staff. So if you have some free time and want to meet nice people while enjoying a delicious meal, I recommend the Ocean View Diner.

We love to bring our family and friends here when they come to visit but only if I don't have the energy to cook my gourmet breakfast at home. It's a great alternative to delicious breakfast. Not only are the staff very friendly, efficient and quick with service the food comes out on the fly too! It's in a great location near oceanview beach in a cute little place decorated for comfort! Highly recommend this place to anyone local or visiting!
