Wendy's

Tonight it was raining and as I pulled up to the the intercom to place my order, as should in a regular tone I order but the girl on the headset told me to speak up louder so she can hear. And I did. And when I did I over heard on the intercom two young men asked her, “ did he yell at you”. And she replied “ no, he was only speaking loud because I couldn’t hear him.” I heard all of this through the intercom. As I pulled up to the window by my surprise it is the manager and a younger guy that came up to the window and stares me down as if they were going to do something. And I stared back because one as a professional manager you are suppose to keep your prestige and not make it known that you are talking about your customer. But i really felt uncomfortable and will not stop here. I will definitely take up to the officials of this establishment. But I will never come back to this place again for food. This was on 5/7/2022 at 9:50 ish pm. The food was made without care but the girl was very friendly in the situation. And I will contact a responsible manger about this matter tomorrow.

Not sure who the manager is...... but they have a very good squad at this Wendy's. The reason being is that they got my son's order wrong, they got it together. He was very pleased and so was I. They worked very hard to make sure that we were satisfied as customers As for me that type of service keeps me coming back! Go WENDY'S!!!!!#

A third of my order was missing and half of what I had left was wrong. I asked for no sauce and they dumped in two of every sauce. I also did not get a receipt. I wasn't rude to the employees in any way, all I did was order a meal and wished them a good day. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this Wendy's.

Terrible service. Placed an order online (wednesday approx 2 pm), was directed to choose the way I would like to pick up (chose drive thru). I sat in the drive thru line that took longer than usual to get through to then be told I had to come inside to pick up. Come inside and get in a line of 7 people, stood there for 15 minutes and no one was helped or served. Finally just left and went elsewhere.

!!!PLEASE NOTE THAT MY ISSUE IS WITH WENDY'S AND NOT THE EMPLOYEES. DO NOT PUNISH THEM, AS THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MY COMPLAINTS!!! This location is absolutely awful. The employees here are totally fine. I have no issue with them at all. But it seems like they are always understaffed and EVERY SINGLE TIME I visit, they're out of what I want. Multiple times I've gone, they've been out of Coke and Barbeque sauce. Many times, they're unable to take cash, and when I come up to the drive thru, I'm told they're out of this, that, or the other, which leads me to believe this is a very common problem. Has Wendy's corporate/supply chain forgotten that this location exists? Because this has happened for months. I cannot stress enough that I have no issue with the employees. They are working with what they have. They do not deserve any flak for this.

I am sick and tires of socialist closing lobbies. I want to sit when I eat. I want to he able to use a restroom after drinking and eating. And my vehicle doesn't fit through the drive through, and you not going to force me to use your app when I dont want it on my phone! Enough is enough, I dont support socialism.
