Pulled up to the drive through, i have two large dogs in my back seat and i have their window down. They are sweet and just sticking their head out of the window. The lady at the drive through window opens her window, sees them, screams and slams her window. My dogs aren’t anywhere near her window. Being scared of dogs is one thing but you don’t need to act on it. She came back over a minute later and basically threw my card at me and said “I’d love to get a lawsuit” as If my dogs would jump out and bite her. If they were aggressive i wouldn’t allow them to joy ride with the windows down. Than another nice lady gave us our food. On another note i asked for lots of fire sauce, and only got a few mild. The beans in my burrito were dry and seemed uncooked and i couldn’t eat them. Terrible customer service. Especially the thin lady that worked today 03/04/2022 at 4:15.

I went to get the bell breakfast box.They opened at 8:00am.no one would answer at the drive thru so I pulled around.I could see them sitting in a booth but no one at the window. I blew my horn and finally a woman came to the window.she said it would be 5 minutes because they were waiting on the eggs.it was 10:09 am.they had been open for two hours and they were waiting on the eggs.why can’t they at least be at the window to tell people that they are 2hours behind.They are on the job correct? I have always had good experiences in the past with this Taco Bell at 21st and Monticello in Norfolk.

I thoroughly enjoyed waiting an extensive amount of time for my order to be taken. However my favorite part was watching them hump the air at each other while waiting for my food that no one was making. It took 12 minutes for me to recieve 1 item that my wife had ordered.

I ordered here twice on GrubHub, first time everything was perfect. The second time however not so much, the drink had no flavor which the refunded me back $3.08 for the drink. My food was cold and they gave $5 promo code that doesn't even work.

It's Taco Bell...my son wanted it- I did not eat there. Took him 10 minutes to get 3 soft tacos because the employees were busy joking around with each other. I could've gone through their drive through twice in the time it took him to get his food inside the restaurant

the food is always good here but they need to open the dining room so i can eat here again cause i'm not ordering online. other fast food places have reopened their dining rooms, what's taking you so long? my review will change once the dining room reopens

Ordered online as usual and chose the drive thru pickup like always. Got to the drive thru and they claimed I have to come inside. If the app offers drive thru pickup then that is what I expect. No need to give attitude. If I wanted to get out of my car I would have chosen something else to ear.

Had the Mexican Pizza since they just brought it back to the menu. It's not all that. I remember it having a different shell which tasted much better than this one.
