Pizza Hut

Almost 2 hours late.CHEESE pizza is burnt and "warm." Did not recieve garlic sauce cups as ordered and PAID for. Manager named Nick hung up on my the first time I called through. I ended up getting through again, and was going to be rufunded for just the PIZZA on my order, when the rude "manager" once again got back on the phone. When I ordered online, it said 30 minute delivery time. Nobody called to tell me how long it was going to take past that. Order was sent out with delivery driver at 7:08pm, and did not receive until closer to 8pm. Nick claims that he didn't hang up on me, that their service went out during the phone call. I am beyond irritated. Even for fast food, it is extremely unprofessional for Pizza Hut to be "almost out of dough, and out of alot of everything else." What a joke. But alas, it is in ocean view. Currently, the manager is refusing to give me a refund for the pizza that I threw in the trash because he hung up on me the first time. NO, I don't want to wait to feed my family for another 2 hours while the place who would be taking my money for their goods/service is good for nothing. Including management.

Normally when my order is wrong I just let it go but when there’s a significant price difference between what I paid and what I got I’ll bring the food back. I paid for a stuffed crust pizza and redeemed a free hand toss from the rewards system. Both pizzas were hand tossed. I took the one that was supposed to be stuffed crust back to get it remade. I then have to have a back and forth exchange about why my pizza should be remade with the person at the register. Finally get it remade and it was still wrong. I didn’t even bother taking it in again. Domino’s across the street from now on.

Friendly service, nice location. From out of town, ordered via phone. Worker was up fro t about the long wait fir delivery and recommended carry out. My order was ready when I arrived everything was neat and ready inside. Was surprised to learn that free cheese and pepper is a thing of the past but the little containers are cute. This location has a nice seating area right on the side.

Absolutely fabulous service today!! They were down a driver and the very sweet lady who called was above and beyond, I always have a great interaction every time I'm here but this one was outstanding!!!!! I'm sorry I can't remember her name but to the incredible woman working today, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!

Never have had an issue at this pizza hut. Mind you I dont order pizza very often. But ordered 2 medium pizzas and stuffed garlic knots and was fresh and good. Got the food in under 30 minutes. Delivery driver was very nice. About a month or 2 ago I did order a pizza and it took over an hour to get it. When I called the store the guy was very nice and told me sorry and called the delivery driver who was at my house in 5 mins. Wasnt a huge issue.
