Burger King

I ordered 2 combos with onion rings and asked for zesty sauce. They only gave me one and when I ask for another the cashier told me I'm have to pay for it. Some angry lady comes from the back and tells me that they're busy and I have to pay for sauce and if I want some I have to get back in line and place another order. Horrible customer service especially when I was trying to pay for an item they forgot. Never come here. Manger treats customer and employees rudely.

I've been to almost every Burger King in the Hampton Roads area and to several in other states and I have to say that was hands down the WORST Whopper I've ever had... BY FAR! Not only was the patty burnt but it was also stone cold. It had only four very small pieces of lettuce and two of the thinnest slices of tomatoes I've ever seen. Oh, and the cheese was hanging 1/3 of the way off the burger. It was literally the saddest burger I've ever seen. And to top off my disappointment the onion rings were so soggy they were limp. Of I could only give a 1/2 star review I would. I can guarantee 100% I will NEVER go to that Burger King again and it will be a while before I trust going to any other Burger King. The entire meal went immediately in the trash. Thanks Burger King 🤮

Went through the drive thru an hour before closing. The fries were drenched in grease this was a indication to me that they were just in the fryer so I though it would have a fresh taste. I was sadly mistaken when I bit into a one. They took old fries that had been sitting out and refried them to give it the appearance that they just got cooked. This is a terrible practice and I will never be going back to this establishment.

Worst Burger King food I've ever had. Our burgers were cold. The chicken sandwich we ordered had to have been sitting for at least 4 plus hours it was completely inedible, hard, and cold with...I'm not kidding..a dime sized amount of mayo on it. Our fries and cheesy tots were cold and the fries inedible as well and we have eaten some cold fries before so that should tell you something. They also didn't put any sauce in for the tots which we didn't realize until already home. The only thing that was good was our milkshake but that's because milkshakes are SUPPOSED to be cold and apperantly they only serve things cold. Worst fast food I've ever tasted in my life and won't be back to this BK. If you like old, cold, and disgusting food then this is the place for you!

Pulled in the drive thru tonight and waited five minutes just to be acknowledged. Even asked if they were open. The response was just one moment. Taking care of something. Waited about five more minutes. Just asked if they were open. She said, I said that we were taking care of something. Just a few more moments. I told her no thanks. You have had several. We pulled off. A lot of the fast food places on this side have really gone down service wise. Unfriendly service and long waits.
