Pizza Hut

Just move here, and had the worst experience ever, I ask for a Hand Tossed Pizza and I dont even know what I got, there was no flavor at all. Cinnamons Buns told the guy that there were not cook completely and he started fighting "that he made it himself bla bla " Everyone in my house took a a bit and ended up in the trash. Bad service, bad customer service! Bad everything, learn to cook and learn to listen to people and not fight with them back and forth!!!!

So pizza quality was good; however, I received the wrong pizza. It was my fault as I should have checked before leaving, but I ordered a Super Supreme and received a 3-meat pizza. It wasn't until I got home and opened it that I noticed the mistake. I was already in and didn't feel like getting back out and driving all the way back, but very disappointed. This was even after being extremely polite and talking talking with the staff. There were only 2 orders ongoing, so it was not like they were overly busy. Just messed up the order.

Called this location tryin to order a pizza around 720 730. This was the 2nd location I called tryin to find the right location. But was told again it's the wrong one. And was told to try princess Ann. Then check the online app and it says Hampton blvd was the correct location. No it wouldn't bother me but the way the lady on the phone started to rudely insist that I was wrong. This is a example on how u loose business. And take a min of 10 to 15 buck out of a driver's pocket.

Worst experience ever. My order was wrong and I had it delivered. They told me I would have to bring my food back to the store in order to get a refund. Because their delivery driver was off at 7. I had no way to the store with small children who waited over an hour for the delivery. Never again the customer service sucks.
