Taco Bell

I have been going to this location for years but it consistently gets worse and worse. Almost every time something is wrong with the order. Normally you have barely any meat in the tacos. Today the chicken quesadilla was cold as anything and the cheese wasn't even melted; it literally opened right up with no resistance. The lady working the drive through window was nice and polite (which is a change) but after she gave me my drink she was on her cell phone the whole time while my food was being thrown together. She didn't even bother to try and hide it. Then to top it all off the food was thrown in a small bag where they folded and shoved the quesadilla in there to make it fit. I think it's time to listen to my husband and say no more taco bell at this location.

I was doing GrubHub and I was hungry so I ordered some food. My food was wrong to start with but I was going to eat it anyway and then I had a long black curly hair in my food. My hair is short cut and straight. Taco Bell franchise has lost a customer permanently, every time I go to a Taco Bell my order is wrong or the person have a messed up attitude. I will no longer be a customer.

The service was fast and the person at the window was okay, but my food, is another story. I ordered the Doritos Supreme, they were both in pieces and wet at the bottom. I took the first one out of the wrap and it hit the floor, I got wiser on the second one. Smh I wonder if they would've been happy if it was their food.

I don’t usually like to make negative reviews especially because I understand how hard working in customer service is, especially with everything that’s going on but tonight I had an awful experience. I’m giving this location four stars because usually the service is impeccable but I received nothing but attitude and eye rolls from the member who worked the drive thru. I understand that bad days happen but he was incredibly rude and it was very disheartening. He was gossiping loudly to one of his coworkers, had an airpod in his ear and got mad at me when I reminded him that my drinks were supposed to have no ice. I asked him for his name but he rolled his eyes once more and slammed the window in my face. I placed an order through the mobile app so I can’t leave a private survey through Taco Bell and I tried calling but there was a fax tone. Again, I understand that customer service is hard right now and I am a previous Taco Bell employee myself but this was just incredibly uncalled for.

Terrible! Awful! $9 down the drain. Ordered quesadilla it was a huge pile of slop. The only thing that could be tasted was the sauce. I picked up one slice and the entire inside fell out. I understand this is fast food and a drive thru but I literally couldn’t eat my meal it was that soggy, sloppy, and just plain gross!!!!!!

Great location. Speedy service. Friendly staff. The cleanliness of the dining room is notable. Was in here twice today, first in the morning for breakfast, then many hours later for dinner and both times there was a consistent kept up appearance. This is not to be taken for granted. A lot of locations just don't the importance of these details.
