If I could leave NO stars I would. I get it, it's McDonald's but they have absolutely NO customer service AT ALL which is why I use the mobile app (reduces the time I have to interact with the employees) but this is the second time they processed my payment when I ordered my food and went to the window and they tell me I haven't paid for my food even though I have showed the morning manager that they did in fact take the money out of my account. She said it would be refunded and over 24 hours later the transaction has been processed. This is the last time they'll rob me. I'll be e-mailing corporate every single day until something gets resolved.

The steak bagel is always the go to. With a hash brown and coffee. Hot and fresh out the drive threw. The lady took my money and was very polite. At The next window the lady handed me my food minutes and never said a peep. Wouldnt want to work there. I understand i worked the breakfast rush at Mcdonalds and it has a tendency to be a pain.

Not only are they slow and rude but a bunch of cheapskates. I ordered nuggets with BBQ sauce and then asked for extra sauce at the end bc they never give enough and they tried to charge me 33 cents a sauce. Your a multi billion dollar corporation I think you can survive 2 packages of sauces.

I stopped by for a large iced coffee and some nuggets. They completely messed up my coffee and I didn't know until I was already driving away. Was hoping we could do a survey but I never got one

This particular store is always short with crew but everytime i came here in the morning i always get a warm greetings by the crew. The asian manager so nice and always on the move to provide service to the customers. Yes i get it you need to wait eventhough it should be fast food bit i see they are trying thier best to serve the customer so i give them 5 stars

Terrible customer service. Took forever in the drive thru with one vehicle in front. Looked like they ordered one burger but still took 20 minutes. No apology and employee was barely coherent when taking the order.

The worst McDonald’s East of the Mississippi River. To be so close to a large military base you would think that the food would always be fresh. NOPE! To make matters worse…when you take your food back up there to get it remade…they make it wrong! The manager tried to tell me that the food wasn’t old…not knowing…that my first job was at McDonald’s.

If you’re taking orders, learn and know how to take it. Do not start saying, “I DON’T NEED THIS ATTITUDE! I HAVEN’T TAKEN MY MEDS YET!” Go take your meds AND THEN COME BACK TO WORK. I didn’t give you no attitude but I sure can. Do not put words in my mouth because I will correct you. I am not your mother, I will not put up with your attitude.
