Papa Johns Pizza

This Papa John’s has the best customer service I have received in years! Casey is amazing! If he is not already the manager he definitely should be. “) My pizza came through cheese only and I asked if they could simply just add some pepperonis and throw it back in really fast. They went above and beyond and remade the entire pizza for me without an ounce of attitude or issue. This is the only Papa John’s I will eat at in Hampton roads

We usually have great service from this location. This order was a complete surprise to us. First off they delivered the wrong order. We had to call the store and get them to contact the driver and have him return and find our order. Then when we opened our pizzas, they were so poorly sliced I can't even begin to describe them! It looked like the individual who sliced them had never seen a sliced pizza in their life! The photos are examples. My wife and I were just very surprised, as this is not what we have come to expect.

I tried to order from here last night. Told they don't deliver here. Then I get the one on little creek. They say the same thing. They don't deliver passed 1 1/2 miles if you are lucky. There is nothing I can do. NEVER AGAIN WILL I WAIST MY TIME ON YOUR FOOD. NOTHING BUT RUDE PEOPLE. JUST REMEMBER SOME PEOPLE ARE DISABLED & CAN'T GET OUT TO PICK UP YOUR FOOD.

This is a great Papa Johns. Super fast and a friendly team. Unlike the rest of Colley Ave., this spot has its own dedicated parking lot for Papa Johns and a few of its neighbors. Easy to zip in and out for pick up orders. They do a good job with mask-wearing and not having any seating available inside. (The bench was turned around.) Enjoy!

Excellent customer service! We order from Papa John’s about 3-4 times a month and just moved to this area. We requested light sauce but the pizza that was delivered had sauce oozing from it. I called the store about the issue and was offered a remake or credit. The remake was correct, and delivered quickly, fresh & hot. Kudos to delivery driver Stephen, he was very friendly! Thank you for fixing our order, we will definitely order from this location again.
