Zero's Subs

The fries are horrible!!!! Worst 🫤💀zeros I’ve had in forever. The manager was rude and unprofessional when coming to giving the money back for what we didn’t ask for!!! He said to keep the subs and he would replace the order or money but I work I don’t have time to come Back to ODU Campus. Really didn’t want try it at all!!! It was just bad!!! I can believe 33.00 dollars down the drain🫣

So I went to zeros at ODU The lady charged us 1049 for one sub not bad at all then after we sat down with our drinks she came back and asked us for another seven dollars for two regular size drinks after the lady done had two or three more customers and on top of that they have a sign in the front window two for Tuesday 1199 but no it’s not. In on the inside they have a sign to for Tuesday 1399. When you get through the counter it’s 1599 ton of false advertise it is so much cheaper and tastesway better if you go to perfectly Frank’s two doors down

The time on the door says closes at 8:30 I was at the door at 8:20.Yeah I knew you saw me standing there looking at my watch and the doors were already locked. I like the sub rolls and always ask myself once I leave why I even spend my money at this one bc the OLD lady who takes the orders needs to quit, she old and irritable. If it wasn't for the college students, you would have no business just off her stank attitude and the false advertising of the prices. Dont spend your money here, The food is thrown together and not worth the price

This used to be a really good spot but as far as the last few weeks go, I’m left wondering why this place is still open. They close 3 hours before their posted time says, you call to place a take out order and they straight up tell you they’re closing early. Don’t give any reasons. Rude employees and rude manager. Y’all should sell your business to someone who wants to run it if no one wants to actually be there.
