The Gourmet Gang

Gourmet Gang catered my wedding in April 2022 and they were ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. From the beginning, Nobie was detail-oriented and made sure to cover all aspects of catering a wedding. My mom was incredibly was impressed with their level of service, which is really saying something because she is very picky. Our guests were raving about how delicious the food was AND they made sure to feed the us. The number one concern that I had heard about weddings was that the bride and groom don't get to eat. They snuck us trays of food before the ceremony and also had plates ready for us (we did buffet style) so that we didn't have to wait in line with our guests and then could walk around visiting guests since we ate first! We also did rentals through Gourmet Gang and they did a beautiful job setting up the tablecloths and working with our other vendors. I love Gourmet Gang and hope to use them for future events.

My first time trying to order from them the customer service was bad. I sent an order online and got a call about 20 minutes after placing the order for the worker Sydney to tell me the items I ordered was unavailable. She then told me to pick something else so I did so and she was very impatient with me she then told me another items couldn’t be mortified because I asked for no onions I asked her why she said she just can’t. So I had her cancel the order entirely and asked for a refund. Well my boss treated me to lunch and got me gourmet gang salad and after about 3 bites it was WORM IN MY FOOD. for what? Nasty and customer service is horrible.

DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!! It always takes so long to get your order and when it's not delivered in the time frame it's promised, they won't answer the phone!! I will never order from them again! I ordered a chicken salad plate which takes hardly any effort to prepare. I ordered at 11 a.m. and my business is right down the street from them. They estimated the delivery time at 75 minutes. Well, it's been going on 2 hours and I still do not have the order nor can I contact them to find out why! UNACCEPTABLE!!! Worst customer service given the fact they will not answer the phone!!!
