Hardee's

4.5 ☆ From the start I was greeted by a friendly person and not a prerecorded message. My order was taken and repeated back to me accurately and I was dispatched to the window. At the window Candace greeted me with a smile and a appropriate greeting. She repeated the cost of my order, my CC was taken swiped and returned to me with a receipt. Candace then excused herself to get my order. Within a minute she returned with my burger and fries. Candace smiled and smiled, said enjoyed your meal and encouraged me to complete their survey. My large fries were hot and tasty and my Super Star was customized as requested. I have to say that Hardee's has the most consistently flavorful burgers of all. I don't normally complete the surveys for fast food but today's experience was well worth my time to complete the requested survey.

The customers should get the same timely service and you give the drive thru. This is everyone's issue when on lunch break. The customers inside are at lunch too. Several people having to wait longer than normal why? Because you give 5 orders to 1 dinning in order. I got my order before some of the people that were before me.
