Brewster's Chicken

So when you claim on your banner to be "America's Chicken Sandwich!" you will be compared to Chick-fil-a by default. That's an incredible mistake. The service was average (which compared to Chick-fil-a would be poor) and it took me 8 minutes to get my meal, despite being the only person there and at normal lunch hours. Unfortunately for them (and ultimately us) their food seems to be more expensive than Chick-fil-a's. The best way to describe the quality of the food was that it was generic. The chicken sandwich was ok but nothing stood out about it. It was not as good as chick-fil-a (or Wendy's for that matter). The fries were almost flavorless. I would compare them to fries that cheapy restaurants would have just to say that they have fries. Bigger and fatter than normal fries. I doubt I would ever come back here. Being in the mall is definitely an advantage for them, I wouldn't foresee anybody going here for food. And they serve Pepsi instead of Coke. Bad decision.

I decided to try your restaurant today for the first time. I have never been so underwhelmed by a place. When I first got there they were having an employee meeting behind the counter. Once I ordered, the food took over 15 minutes to get here. Communication was poor between the front and the kitchen. I was already waiting for five minutes when they finally realized I needed fries. Portions of my food sat on the counter while the cashiers were wandering around nearby. I'm actually standing here right now writing this review waiting on my food. This place honestly reminds me of Chick fil A without the great customer service. When I got home, the only thing that was hot was my fries.

Went to this establishment for the first time today 10/14/2017 @ 4:00 p.m. The host and hostess were very pleasant in greeting and getting my order taken. When my food was bought to me it was on a tray and I told the young lady my order was to go. She went to transfer my food to a bag and I asked if she didn't mind giving me different fries instead of the ones that was on the tray. Here is my problem, she huffed, then gave me a small amount of fries from fryer then turned and threw the bag at me and walked away. There were other guests in line that witnessed this act. I took my food back to the young man that took my order and asked for a refund and guess who he went to get? The manager on duty which happened to be the same young lady that gave me the BELOW POOR SERVICE. The guests that witnessed the transaction left without ordering. As a first time guest I can Honestly say I will not be returning to this establishment. First impressions are ALWAYS what makes a consumer want to come back.

This was my first time visiting Brewsters Chicken. It will be my last time. As one other customer said, first impressions matter. I ordered a "fish basket and requested sweet potato fries". First the two young ladies had to discuss the fact that their was no receipt paper and apologized for it. No worries, I thought, it happens. The associate gave me a cup so that I could get my drink. There were no tops for the drink, so I asked for a top. The associate requested another associate to get tops and stock the dispenser. As I waited for my order, it seemed to take longer than I anticipated so I went to the dinning area where I had left my granddaughters. Just to check on them. I returned about 4-5 min later and guess what....you guessed it, the fish sandwich had not been "dropped" We are now about 15 min in. The associate that took my order began berating the associate responsible for dropping my fish. I eventually received my order. Left and went back to join my family. The fish sandwich literally was a flat fish pattie, a slice of cheese (not melted) on a bun. No tarter, mayo, mustard tomato, lettuce...anything. So I decided to eat the fries. Luke warm not hot enough to even melt a spread that they kept in the cooler. I returned immediately only to find that another customer was questioning their purchase. In any event i requested a refund, and the question asked was why. I informed them that the fish sandwich had "NOTHING" on it. they asked "oh would you like some tarter sauce, ketchup?" I'm wondering why this was not offered during the initial ordering? I asked for the refund and the manager's number. I called her the next day to provide an account of my visit. Although apologetic, not sincere. I wont be returning.

Really enjoyed my Chipotle Cinnamon and Maple Brown Sugar wings! Made fresh so you will wait about 6 minutes. They also have Hershey's Ice Cream, toppings and waffle cones. The chicken sandwiches and salads are also tasty and made as you order - nothing just sits under heat lamps waiting for a customer...LOL!

I just had a Chicken Sandwich at Brewster’s Chicken so I have no clue why people that leave other reviews compare it to Chic -fil-a. Chic-fil-a uses tiny frozen chicken breast with no flavor. Brewster’s has loads of flavor in their Breast, they have Hershey ice cream, and wings. Chic-fil-a doesn't have these items. So next time a review comes through comparing the 2 restaurant get your head out of your butt find your taste buds and review properly.

This is classic 'low-effort franchise' food, requirements to maintain the brand are clearly low. The breading didn't even sort of stick to the chicken used for the fried chicken sandwich, and the taste is ultimately pretty bland, I've gotten better from sketchy gas stations for half the price. Would not return.
