Ikea

Food was pretty good. The soda fountain has no regular sodas, just fruit juice and water down cola. All drinks were watered down. Just buy bottles sodas at beginning of line. Downstairs they have hotdogs and pizza. I posted the menus. Very reasonable prices. Swedish meatballs were pretty good.

We have been here a few times now. The store is massive! There is so much to see and buy. Coming here for the first time is great but I find it overwhelming on the visits after that. It takes hours to go through the maze of the show rooms to the market place. There are short cuts n all but I cant remember which way is where after months/years of visiting. The items are great but it’s hard to go and get a specific item and then get out. And after spending hours of maze fun you get to stand in long lines of two or maybe three registers being open. I love this place and it’s products. I just have to remember to dedicate a full day or just order online.

Beautiful store and great decoration. However the service is questionable. This is my 1st time to order from this store and I was not so happy with their service. I ordered a sofa on Sunday, the girl who took my order said that there was 1 sofa left in stock, she created an order for me and told me to check out downstairs. After walking and shopping around, I decided to add 2 more items to my shipping order. They checked me out and let me know the items will be sent to my house on Monday. I even got a message on my phone for the confirmed shipping date and time. However, it did not come. And nobody contacted me about the order. I called and called and called, 3 times to IKEA center. The people who assisted me were nice and tried their best but they can never be successfully contact this IKEA in Norfork. Seems like they never has anyone to answer the phone. One of the associate told me the quickest way to solve this issue is that I have to drive to the store, which is over 44miles away from my house. They can not solve my problem, my money is out of the bank and I still dont receive any item that I order a week later! And no one from the store ever called me or say sorry. The most inconvenient thing is that I have just sold my old sofa to make room for this new one that never came. And I have a party coming up, which all my guests won't have enough seatings. What a "great" customer service!! I dont know if this is the way IKEA works and treats their customers in general or just this branch. I have heard so many good things about this brand but the 1st time doing business with them and deeply disappointed!

I've never been to Ikea before, this was a first. Will definitely never do it again. I always thought ikea would be so much fun to go to. Honestly this is just my opinion. As far as being clean awesome 10/10, employees also 10/10. For my visit we walked in went up the escalator everything was fine and dandy. We walked around for about 1.5 hours and got to some stairs we thought we were on the way out. The look of sheer panic when we realized we weren't even half way through the store... After 3 hours of looking at things you don't know where to buy from, staring at what I assume other people's houses look like. And frantically panicking to find the exit I have to say I will never go back and just stick to online shopping. If you have 8+ hours to walk through this store and you aren't worried about being stuck in an episode of black mirror then Ikea is the place for you otherwise, I've determined Ikea is where you go when you die and go to hell. Thank you.

Bought a very nice sturdy couch and chair for under $1,000. The cushions are wonderful. I did not realize you buy the couch & cover separate, so we did and all was under the $1,000. We've received many compliments. We'll go back and see what else they have. Pls excuse glassware (going thru it) on my dining table that my husband made. Merry Christmas
