Mazzika Mediterranean Restaurant

We came in and seated purse right away. It was at the peak of the busy hour so we expected a wait. That turned into waiting an hour for “premium” hookah. According to the manager it takes 30 minutes to put together this type of hookah. When the hookah came out the server could not figure out how to put the hose in. So she took it in the back. 15 minutes passed and the server comes out stating we had to pay for the hookah before they brought it back out……I asked to speak to the manager and she came out and she said we had to pay first. I tried to explain it was brought out previously and did not work. She disregarded that and we paid. No hookah for another 15 minutes. It still did not work. So they took it back a second time m. 15 minutes passed no hookah so I request the manager again and she comes out back stating that the reason it is taking so long is because it’s a premium hookah. Finally the hookah comes out 10 minutes later. I will never come back to this establishment again.

The lounge was ok. The hookahs were good but our waitress must of been new because we ordered a hookah,and 2 drinks, we were given or receipt then we wanted to add and item, well, she only charged us for the 1 item at first but came back about 40 minutes later to charge us for the rest of the items. We were a little confused as to why she did that, that way but never the less the experience was good and so was the food.

Surprisingly understaffed for a Saturday… Our group of six waited 45 min for our hookah and an hour for us only to be told that we would have to wait longer for our first order of drinks. We decided to close out after the news. Food was cold too. Would give one star but the waitress was nice and composed dispute the hectic night.

Great service! Great food! Great setting! This place is just awesome! And Great hookah! The hookah here tastes really good and very well made! Paul, that's the name of the waiter, he's very helpful and very nice! He definitely a great server and deserves five stars as well. This place is very recommend, definitely will come back here.
