Domino's Pizza

This dominos is pretty good. I have had issues with them before, but I order from here a lot. Even then, most issues were very small and fixed quickly. They deliver on base which is the reason I order from them as much as I do. The drivers are always friendly and I'd say most of the time our food comes without issues, even on larger orders. I think the worst experience I had with this specific dominoes was about 2 years ago, and it was that it took exceptionally long to get our food, and it arrived somewhat cold. Otherwise, all our other orders have gone well, with pretty much nothing to complain about.

I will forever wonder how this place is still open. I’m now on my second time in the same month where my food “being prepared” for well over 30 minutes. The app said 40-50 minutes delivery time and yet my pizza has been being prepared for about 45 minutes. The last time I ordered from here it took them 2 and a half hours just to call and ask me to come pick up my order or cancel. Looks like I’m gonna be ordering from calz and papa johns from now on

Carried out pizza the other day. The thin crust was soggy,and not Cracker crust AT ALL. & my son said thare was a hair in the other pizza. The girl making it had the longest hair. Soon as I saw her I was like YIKES. I was going to call,but last time I did I got an Attitude so much for them "making" things right. Buyer beware.

Order pizza online for pickup and pay in store. When I show up when it told my pizza was ready the store lobby doors are locked and do not answer phone. This seems now to be their customer service, they need to closed it down and get a real place to get a pizza. Had to order another pizza from Marcos at least they let you pay and pick up. Also, they have not delivery drivers so order at your own risk, you may or may not get your pizza.

Likely the most poorly managed pizza place I’ve ever dealt with. Delivery times are nowhere near what is advertised. My latest order had a 45-55 minute delivery window. 90 minutes later I learn my order has been out of the oven for 45 minutes and it still isn’t out for delivery. Unfortunately, I haven’t learned from previous mistakes and ordered from this store again. Unfortunately the above has become the norm, not the exception. I recommend anywhere else.
