Logan's Roadhouse

Did not like the service. Arrived and Hostess for some reason couldn't understand when I mention by party's name. I was finally showed the table which was to small for the party. They added a table but we still ended up setting at booths. They gave us one server for 31 people. It took forever to get our orders. We had to ask several times to get refills and the correct orders or complete orders. Finally, they had a nerve to charge 20% convince fee on each ticket. When reservation are made, Logan's should say that they are not equipped to do large parties or expect a long wait to get your orders. I didn't mind paying the convince fee if the service is worth it.

Absolutely awful experience! DO NOT COME HERE! So frustrating I don't even know where to begin... We stayed for an hour and 15 minutes, and didn't get our food till the very end of it, and were so frustrated that we had to have our food packed up to go (the restaurant was nearly empty) ... Our waitress Danielle barely checked on us, and was actually sitting not even 10 feet away, with her phone plugged into the wall and making phone calls and playing on her phone. She had her child with her, seven or eight year old that kept wondering out from behind the serving station and playing with things on The Empty Tables. I understand things happen, but she was more concerned with taking care of her child and playing on her phone there doing her job. We didn't get rolls until 1/2 hour in, and as I said we didn't get our food until significantly later... When we ask to speak to a manager, the manager was very helpful, but she just moved the child to a different part of the restaurant, and the child is not even the issue. We had our food box up to go, because we were no longer enjoying ourselves, and just wanted to spend an evening together... What a complete waste of time, awful service, and we will not be returning.

The French Dip sandwich was great but the Nashville Chicken sandwich left a lot to be desired. It was a chicken breast with buffalo-style sauce laying on a slice of soft white bread. No cheese or anything except 2 dill pickle chips. Supposed to come with coleslaw and ranch dressing. The waitress offered to bring the slaw but the sandwich was eaten. Our server was attentive and friendly. We will return again.

Terrible experience, tables were left dirty, staff had poor attitudes. Had to wait 1 hour for a table when the place was empty! Then waited another hour just to finally get food, was never given a single refill on drinks, never asked if anything else was needed after being served. To top off everything, some of the food was under cooked!

Family of 5 got seated at a table that everything was stuck to, think circa 1990 rubber top. Our drink ware was so stuck to it we had to arm wrestle to get a drink. Our food came out an hour later completely cold, the medium steaks were rare, the salmon not cooked, the vegetables skewers still raw and 3 items were missing. See picture this is how my food was presented... dirty dishes sat on the bar the entire time we were there. Thoroughly the worst experience ever. Save yourself the trip.
