I had the Arby's app show up on my phone for two market sandwiches for $7 for Moms. I was just going to purchase the pecan chicken salad sandwich which tastes so good! It only comes around in the summer season. Staff helped me redeem the two sandwich offer. I ride the turkey ran v h and bacon sandwich for the first time and it was great!

Heidi the cashier working was sweet and patient. She helped us figure out what to get and save money. She was excellent. The whole staff was awesome as well. Great job.

Tied for the second slowest service I've ever experienced. One dollop of tartar sauce on a fish sandwich and the other was swimming in it. Good thing I checked the order before I left. They forgot the fries. The last 4 times I've been there the order was wrong on three. I'll never go back.

I barely come to this location and the lady that took my order was rude as hell on the intercom. I ordered 2 large meals. Then when I said I wanted a fish sandwich medium meal her response was you said you wanted to make that a large and when I corrected her what said she going to still recorrect me on what I supposedly said. When i pulled up to the window i asked the lady was she the one taking my order and she said no. So i mentioned well the lady was rude either way. And she apologized. They need to get their staff together. Will never come back to this location. Just looked at the receipt and the girls name is faith that took my order.

Not the cleanest inside. No access to a bathroom for dine in. I wasn't able to was my hands. One order of fries were fresh, the other was barely warm. Many things just seemed out of place.

Food was great, actual restaurant needs to be brought up to 2022. Tables and booths are archiec, yellow tape for broken booths. Just mopped with smelly mop. Money needs to be put into building.

Drive Through Rip Off. Order a Double with Cheese meal....get a Double no cheese. Call about, they hang up on me, then get an automated message saying can't talk. Just another example of why Norfolk is about the worst place to live because of all the brainless people.
