Pickup order tonight, the mild wings were meaty and flavorful as a starter for the E.B.A. PIZZA (Er'thang But Anchovies) and it was tasty! Hadn't been to Chanello's in awhile, seems that will change... LOL!! Also, extra kudos to the staff during pickup, very friendly, very clean, and very focused on the food orders!! 👍

New guy made my pizza and he was a beast. Needs to train the others and ALL of 5 points how to correctly make a Chanello's pizza. Young cat can only make my pizzas from now on. Went to 5points tonight and still trash

I've been waiting for my pizza for 3 hours and it still hasn't even been made yet. Not the staff's fault, but if you can't get the orders done, CLOSE EARLY!!!

HORRIFIC! COOK WITH NO GLOVES HANDLING FOOD! I'm absolutely appalled, went to pick up my order and could not believe my eyes to see the guys behind the counter with no mask or gloves and the one guy was chopping up the food. The order was wrong on my ticket and I quickly asked for it to be refunded. The one guy was pleasant enough, but the three of them appeared to be half baked. They lost my business entirely.
