Dunkin'

So, I rarely frequent places that serve mainly coffee and breakfast items so I'm not familiar with the menu. While I was in the drive-thru I asked several questions because I don't know how they prepare their coffee. The young lady who was taking my order clearly misinterpreted my attempt to get clarity and she became defensive with me. "Ma'am, what is it that you're looking for?" she asked. At this point, better service is what I'm looking for! What is wrong with people who work in customer service?! What happened to patience and service with a smile?! Where is the disconnect?! And since when is asking questions about products and services a crime?! I simply needed help and evidently she was the wrong person for the job. To be honest, the food and coffee is decent but that attitude was real funky. Customer service means everything to me, hence the two-star rating.

The only reason I’m giving this a two star not a one star is I don’t believe the delicious iced coffee from Dunkin should have to suffer from the results of the evil manager on duty lol I think she could’ve ended up getting a five star review if she would’ve just saved the delicious coffee at Dunkin’ Donuts has and try to have a beautiful day instead of being rude I hope she ends up having a great day

Certain people who work here are great then you have a few employees that are rude the other day I had a seizure in the place and I apologized even got them a thank you card. I went in their this evening to order a iced coffee and two of the employees act like I did something wrong. About a hr later I go to order my fiance a during and one of the employees tell the other employee that she wasn't fixing it for me and made me feel like I did something wrong even after I was reinsured that I wasn't banned from coming their they act like that all because I have a medical condition that I have no control over. And its a medical condition I've had since birth which is 41 yrs ago

I placed a mobile order for this location at 6:44. I drove all the way there and arrived at 6:55. When I got to the drive thru the voice box said they were closed. I was confused as to why they would be closed 5 minutes early especially when they know they had a prepaid mobile order. I called because my order was already paid for and they were not supposed to be closed yet. And employee answered told me to pull to the window where he proceeded to tell me they had shutdown for the day so not only could he not give me my drink but I could not get a refund either until tomorrow. I don’t live over there so I can’t go back and it took me a lot of expensive gas to get there. I’m just confused as to why they would shutdown early when they knew they had a mobile order to fill so now I’ve wasted excessive amount of time to get nothing not even a refund.

Trey was patient with me. I was here around 7:30AM picking up 2 dozen donuts for a sleep over and he loaded me up with pairs of everything. You never know what kids are gonna want. It was refreshing having someone behind the counter who was happy and helpful. Thank you Trey for the great experience. I will come back for sure. Go inside and see Trey. We are always in a rush going through drive through windows and don't take the time to connect with people. He's a college kid so make sure you tip him a few bucks if you can!

This was the most disappointing sandwich I've ever gotten. You take 1 piece of bacon and make it two?? This was the dunkin on Hampton Blvd close to ODU. This was on my way to work@ 5:12am. Very sad.. The day of service was Monday on the 9th. My coffee hot hazelnut cream and sugar was good.. Just this croissant was sad.
