The person take the order kept messing up. When she wasn’t messing up she kept trying to rush the order. Drove up to the payment window. There wasnt a greeting, telling the amount to pay, thank you, you’re welcome, not one word. Got to the order pick up window. NOTE: when the manager is there they at least say something to you. When the manager isn’t there you get ignored, no one says anything, and you sit at the window 5min or more waiting for something to happen.
They also store the fries in the bag sideways stacked as if they don’t spill and fall to the bottom the bag. Who does that?!? Seriously! You find half of your fries at the bottom of the bag and the bag gets super greasy. Also they store your napkins at the bottom of the bag. You might as well give me the bag opened and upside down. So expect them to assume you want whatever sauce they want to give you when you didn’t ask for it. Don’t expect to get a money tip if you can’t even take the advice/tip “to not be lazy and ignorant”. I do NOT recommend.

Most unorganized McDonald's I've ever seen or been to in my life.Drive Thru is closed at 8:30? Get inside..there is a long line and an Even longer wait.Everyone is given a ticket and numbers called out, People asking where there food is.Terrible Location

Mustard and ketchup on a Big Mac??? Ruined my meal, drive thru took 20 mins. Cold food. Overall a garbage experience with numbskulls in the kitchen. Would give 0 stars.

Today I get to the second window and hand the lady my card. She goes, “you didn’t pay yet?” I said, “how could I, there was no one at the first window?” (Even though there are several people inside) She takes my payment then takes a really long time to get us our food. 2 Happy meals (6 pc nuggets both) and a burger meal. I get home to find one of the kids meals is a 4pc and the other meal has NO NUGGETS at all…. As long as they took you would think the order would at least be correct. It wasn’t even busy. First and last visit there. Complete trash.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I have spent so much money at McDonald's for my kids, nieces, and nephews. So much that I have over 20, 000 points on the McDonald's app. Every time I go to this restaurant on McDuffy lane in Norfolk, somehow, my points don't work. Everytime the manager is adamant about telling me what they aren't gonna do instead of how to assist. It is always met with attitude also while I maintain my cool. I have never had one time that my transaction with them went smooth. At the speaker I ordered a happy meal and said I have a code on the app. The worker told me to come to the first window. She said that the code, which clearly on my screen showed a happy meal, was only valid for a free quarter pounder. That's not what I ordered or what the app said and I showed her. The manager came over and said the same and I showed her too. She said I had to take it up with the app because she wasn't going to just waive it and added a quarter pounder to the order. I told her I didn't want that. The manager today had the audacity to say at the window "I'm not bout to catch an attitude with this lady" with the window wide open tapping her nails on the screen and puffing. I haven't went to this McDonald's for months now and after today, they won't get another dime of my money. The worker at the second window apologized for the mishap and gave me the happy meal willingly, oh yeah, and the quarter pounder, which I gave away to a man sitting on the corner. Worst customer service ever except for the worker at the second window. Training needs to get better and attitudes need to stay home. In today's economy, every dollar someone spends needs to be met with an experience. Just because it's McDonald's doesn't mean that the customer experience doesn't matter. When people stop coming to your restaurant noone in there has a job. Including all the managers with all the mouth and attitude.

One of the slowest McDonald's I have ever been too, service is bad! Extremely slow! Been sitting here ten minutes at the drive thru window and Haven't seen one person. Inside keosk says all the drinks are out of stock. Had to leave from inside because no one would come to the front for help. Now sitting in the heat waiting and waiting. Highly disappointed not recommended.

I waited forever inline. Only two cars in line. So I went in. She took my order. I asked for a large coke. She didn't know how to ting in a large coke so she said, well i don't know how to get a large so you get a medium. The manager came up ane said he said they are both the same price. I got my food quick. But the hashbrowns were soggy and both my hashbrowns and sandwich was cold. So 7.00 for cold food, service like this. No i won't be back.

Hi my niece has been trying to order ice cream from this location past 3 months straight and we are always told NO that the machine is broke we know it is a lie because Mc Donalds is currently being sued over lying about ice cream machines broke and when if fact the WORKERS don't want to clean the machine. I am tired of this STOP selling ice cream if you don't want to see your customers happy
