I went to this Subway... And I ordered Three foot long... They was a very good sub. Everything was so fresh. Customer service was outstanding. Emma makes the best subs. I will return. Thank you 🙌

Meh. From other reviews I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt. But from my experience, bread wasn’t fresh and was barely toasted. It was obvious everything the day before was then used the next.

BEWARE ! ! !
Overnight they doubled their prices.. They want $8 for a 1/2 sub alone and $13 for the 1/2 sub meal(small drink & chips).. You can go to any other Subway and get the half have some milk for around $7... GO TO COLLEY AVE SUBWAY OR ANY OTHER SUBWAY IN NORFOLK IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF

Probably the worst subway ive never been in. Two times ive gone in within a couple weeks of each other and each time they have messed up orders or had an attitude. If you ask for light mayo it doesnt mean smother it. The sandwich had mustard and mayo dripping from the sandwich. Probably used at least a third of a cup of mayo and mustard at least. They need to be retaught how to make sandwiches and to care or get a new job. Girl working didnt seem like she was listening or distracted.

There are 3 locations near my house and this one is BY far my favorite. The workers know who I am when I wear my Queen shirt. And this the only place who isn’t rude or inappropriate with me. I am a HUGE subway fan and this place is my favorite. Thank you guys for being clean, fresh food, not having your cheese dried out, and so nice!

Everytime we go, the store looks clean and the staff is accommodating and polite, even when they're busy. Happy to report, we've never had a bad experience at (7870 Tidewater Dr #207) this store. This location is our favorite. Don't care too much for the one inside Walmart.

For the last 2 weeks every time I go in the morning you can hang it up..they're gonna do everything else but serve you. They have 1 person instead of getting your food they're gonna do bread and prep then maybe you can order after waiting 10 mins I finally just left
