I won't lie, I use to love this location. I went here because a best friend of mine loved it. I now don't recommend this location. I'm actually done with 7-Eleven myself in general completely. There are those of us who are generally in a hurry to get to work and the such. So I find this situation I just heard completely deplorable. Their customer service skills need to be worked on. There is at least 7 of us who came here because someone said it was a great location sometimes spending over 100 each week per patron. My Best friend who's had a horrible past few months was just told she can't take as many creamers as she normally does because it sometimes wipes them out. I'm sorry, but I know people who use way more creamer than she does and none of them have been stopped from doing so. She was on the way to a job interview and this happened. I'm very disappointed in the staff here. You running out of creamer is a problem for whoever is ordering for your store. My friend might return but the rest of us will probably not return at all. This location should be shut down or completely let go all the staff and get new management as well. I use maybe 47 creamer in my coffee because that's the only way it taste even decently good. She uses maybe 20 in a 24 oz cup. I will be taking my business to Wawa.

The gambling machines payout system would not work properly and Rasheed?? was so short with me I was personally offended. He said - different business you call the # on machine- he said not my problem, and walked away! I hope your happy! I will never return to that store again!!! Maybe you should take responsibility for the machines in your store!!!!!! #nevercomingback
