Good food wait too long BUT Not because of the workers...stop having two people work alone. Even on your slowest day that isn't enough for a fryer, grill, sodas, ice cream,, ringing up, taking orders and cleaning?

Consistently good but they rarely even acknowledge you at the window until they're ready with MOST of the order. Expect a wait but atleast they put out is good. Heads up though these burgers are SALTY.

For the location being in a horrible area the food has always been relatively really good and the employees have always been fairly nice. I’ve had no issues here and I would go again. Good burgers and fries and boneless wings I’ve had. Pretty good place.

I don't know if it was for this location or what but, the swirl choco/vanilla soft serve cone was no longer available...😲 It was one of the main reasons why I go whenever I do go - i just left...😥

Don't even waste your time going here. Literally stood in the cold while they watched me for 15 plus minutes just for them to say their walk up is closed. While I watched them joke and goof off with people in the drive thru so sad.

It was our first time at a Rally's, and I became that person in the drive thru asking a very patient and polite employee if they had generic items, like a bacon cheeseburger and some kind of non-spicy chicken sandwich. They do, and both were delicious. So were the fries. But my real praise is for the fantastic employees. Every single one was efficient, timely, and polite. We'll definitely be back soon.
