I believe my previous review was deleted This 711 is terrible. It closes early, the staff near the end of closing are so rude. The attitude of the gm of this place makes sense why mostly everyone else attitude sucks. I live really close and this used to be my spot but I just go to 38th now. 2 years ago I stopped by frequently now I'm not im urprised more people aren't ramming their cars in.

Went in at 6:30 am and was about to grab my morning drinks and dude told me they were closed because he has to sweep outside. I ask if I can grab my stuff real quick while I’m inside the store which would take a Total of 30 seconds to finish the transaction and he said no. Terrible customer service. This is my daily 711 too

A one because the customer service at this store is terrible. An older 7-E;even woman walks around yelling, and commanding people to move the line. She does not greet customers when they enter the stores unless they are one of neighbors. Second theres another one at the counter never greets the customers, asked her one time a question and she just keep telling the my total when I wasn't finished ordering. One great employee at this place is a woman with glasses who is always polite and courteous. Just because this 7-Eleven is in a black neighborhood does not give them the right to treat us with disrespect.
