I’ve been to many 7-11, and this is one of the rare times I can say the store was clean, well organized, and the cashiers were fast and friendly. I did not like the gambling machines in the building, but the store itself was the best 7-11 I’ve visited in a long time.

Ignorant and unlearned cashier-the younger and lighter skinned Ethiopian. Has no concept of customer service. Doesnt even have the deceny to ask for the next person in line to step forward after he opens his register. Why work in customer service if those skills are lacking?

If I could give it 10 stars I would. Above and beyond service. Donda (not 100% sure of her name, but her actions left an impression) the manager is a saint 🙏 she's super helpful no matter what situation you are in 👍

The manager Arlene is so rude she disrespected her employees. I was just simply trying to get free gas off of my reward account with Plenti she was very impatent and made my life so difficult And literally rushed me the whole time. That was the rudest experience I have ever had and will definitely contact 7 11 complaint center about her. I am never coming back to this locatio ever again, thanks to Arlene.

They assumed i didnt bring my own cup in the store. He went on and on after i said i came in with its but its not a big deal to pay for it. They didnt have any tops for the coffee cups so he tried to charge me for a cold coffee cup. They food is nasty as hell. Sont even seem like its cooked all the way. I will NEVER come back to this 711

Store is staffed by lazy employees who don't care about the customers they serve. In the grand scheme, I guess they are exactly where they should be.
