Dining room is closed, although there is no indication that it is when looking online, nor any clear reason why it should be other than they are likely understaffed. That being said, in a line of about 5 cars it took me 15 minutes to relay my online order at the speaker. The person who spoke to me was very short and came across as highly unprofessional. Following that, I was told I had to pull forward and wait for my online order, where after nearly 5 minutes it was finally brought out to me in a huff by an employee who seemed like she would rather be someplace else. Food was fine, although they left out napkins and the dipping sauce I requested, as well as gave rather undersized portions. I think all it would take for this location to be at least 4 stars would be a few more employees and a more professional attitude from the ones they have. Hope that happens soon.

Went to the drive through and some guy interrupted the nice lady taking my order, was very rude and loud. Afterwards, I decided to add something else to my order before paying, and received some attitude for no reason. The only decent service I had was when one of the girls brought me my order to the parking, but other than that, terrible service honestly.

First time going inside. It was empty inside. Was greeted right away and our order was taken. We asked for a large and a small strawberry frostie but was given and rung up for 2 large. Not a biggie problem. Our food was fresh and hot. There wasnt a long wait either. The staff were friendly and it seemed relatively clean. Only issue was the floor was super sticky through out the entire place which lead to my flip flops getting stuck with every step.
Probably will return but use the drive thru next time.

On our way to work tonight, Ordered a son of a baconator combo with no cheese (BF is lactose intolerant) and received it with cheese so he couldn't eat it... I ordered the Asiago chicken club combo and got no bacon on my sandwich. Lastly, fries were REALLY salty... also asked for a receipt and didn't receive one was told they were "out of receipt paper" so couldn't submit a customer survey because the receipt info is required...

Three people in line trying to order while the workers blatantly never come to the speaker. They just want you to drive off eventually. Getting paid to be on the clock and not working. This is very typical for the drive thrus in Norfolk. Always the night crew. Yikes

This Wendy's management is being untruthful and deceptive towards it owners as management is stopping cars in the drive thru from activating it's timer and making people wait until they have the food ready.
This is to keep their owners and cooperate from seeing how long their service times really are, if they are doing this what else are they being dishonest about

After having my baconator remade and having to pay extra because the person in the drive thru decided to ring up a single, without asking which one I wanted, I only had bacon pieces/crumbs on the sandwich and the medium fry was old and cold. This seems like the normal thing at Wendy's lately. The quality has fallen and no one is paying attention to detail. Did not receive a receipt for either transaction that I was charged for.

The people running the drive through asked me to “back up off the timer” when I pulled up after paying. I backed up, but they yelled at me because I wasn’t far enough back. When my food was ready they wanted me to pull up and they were all laughing. I’m not sure what is so funny about this kind of service?
