I'm assuming the franchise owner was the unpleasant lady I had the displeasure of dealing with this morning. Tried to tell me I was after someone in line when I was clearly waiting next for a good few minutes... He was a regular so I guess she wanted to serve him first because she sat there trying to convince me that I wasn't next. On top of this she started to treat me like a nuisance before throwing my change on the counter not even handing it to me. What a truly unpleasant experience. Now I see the other reviews it makes sense why they are so low. Please do better

Best 7 - 11 in the Ghent area. Overnight employee probably the best worker in the city. Definitely deserves a pay raise. Appreciate the fact that this store is ALWAYS open, especially late night unlike the majority of other 7 - 11’s in the area. Also always has the products I need (which once again, can say unlike the other 7 - 11’s in the (Ghent) area).

Customers and employees were more kind when I worked at 7-11 in 2006 Old man Jerome always smiled, Muluwork (afro-amr) Always sick (not Turkish. Only sick :), Director Anteneh checked us every morning, Mary T cooked the cake well, Matt fed the cat (tiger) and I was the Turkish man I'd work all night, and I wouldn't be rude to anyone except drunks :P Everything was better 13 years ago. . .

Your Store Manager Gene I believe it was is such a Rude Individual!!! I felt like I was bothering him coming in the store and he NEVER even put on a mask!!!he was very quick to rush me out and had such a bad temperament to work in a customer service field!!! I’ll call ahead to make sure he’s not there before my next visit!

I find it so hard to believe that you can go into this store during the day and the people are so nice and helpful. But you go in the evening and they are rude, disrespectful and roll their eyes at you if you ask them for the price of something. The lady behind the counter acted like i was bothering her by going in there. This is the 3rd time this has happened and i won't go again. I would rather take my money where i won't be treated like trash.
