my friend and boyfriend went in to purchase alcohol and were told that us was after 12 (which they totally forgot about). they were making their way to the door when the woman working started to scream at the and proceeded outside in the parking lot. she got in my friend and Is face cussing and threatening to fight us over not remember the 12 cut off. she screamed at us until we reached melrose. absolutely awful customer service. I have never experienced something like that over a simple misunderstanding.

One of the staples of 7/11 is the coffee. This location rarely has regular coffee. This morning was the 4th time in a 2 week period I stopped in for regular roast coffee. Not any fancy flavors, just plain coffee. All that was offered was blue berry flavor. When I ask, all I get is, "we're out!" REALLY! One more thing about this location, NEVER get the pre-made salads. I got one recently, look good from the top. After opening it, the lettuce was brown. I work on campus, my office is close by. For now on, i'll pay the extra and go to Starbucks.

Terrible service. Just got back from buying a product that was .99. Total came out to $1.05. I said aloud: “here’s $1.25” since I only brought quarters in with me. The African lady taking care of my purchase does not give me a receipt and closes the drawer then just looks at me. I politely ask her for my change and she screams that I gave her $1.05 exact! She didn’t count the money I handed her initially, just threw it in the drawer closed it and swore that I gave her the exact amount. I’ll just go to the 7 eleven on Hampton Blvd for much better service. Smh.

Two female workers have made me feel like a child. I wanted to buy grape games and instead of saying we don’t have any right now or would you like a different flavor, I got “do you see any” and “ is this your first time buying”. After insulting me asked they asked for my ID and then complained that my ID was real. This 7 eleven has rude workers and awful customer service. I refuse to buy anything from this specific 7 eleven again.

Worse place ever, the girl working with all the piercings in her face looks busted up and was rude with people demanding they wear a mask when she’s not even wearing her mask nor is it on her face.. I understand that employees are hard to come by but If I was owner of that establishment I would not have her working for me.. now I see why all the residents of the area avoid that 7-Eleven!!
