This McDonald's is located next to my job, so I frequent it a lot. In the past the service was low to poor. Over the last couple of months, it has improved greatly. I use the drive thru and I find the staff to be much more friendly and don't screw up my orders. The new crew is older vice the previous group. My visits have increased as a result of this change.

Went to TACO BELL ov avenue and 1st view. After 8 minutes I asked for money back.
I was only person in dinning room. And they WERE NOT short staffed. Got my money and left.
McDonalds was fast!!!
Aside from the Hispanic foreigners going up to the counter and just taking my ice cream orders.... they don’t get enough for free???
The order was prepared again very quickly.

PS. Moving forward if any fast food restaurant doesn’t get your order right or is too slow with service, get your money back. Stop rewarding these people for a piss poor customer service.

Went through the drive thru but luckily ended up checking our food before i left. Both burgers were completely wrong, including the one with no special instructions. Every employee looked at us like we were crazy for wanting our food right. Ended up waiting 20 minutes inside for them to fix two burger so I asked for new fries because they were cold at this point. Manager then charges $1 because his employee rang our order in as a single instead of double. Assuming he was just irritated because we asked for new fries too. Do yourself a favor and just choose a different location.

Incredibly slow service just to get two drinks. I’m not sure if we just came at a bad time or what was going on. I want to say that it was incredibly understaffed at the restaurant, but it should not take longer than 10 minutes to serve two drinks from the drive-thru.

I went there on a Saturday morning to get 2 sandwiches and 2 hash browns. First, they told me I couldn’t pay using a card and had to get the app, which was a fiasco in an of itself. Then, we waited 20 minutes to get to the pickup window with just one car ahead of us waiting for their food. We then sat at the pickup window for 10 minutes when our food was ready and waiting right there. The staff there seems like they pretend to work and mainly just stand around looking busy. I would avoid this location if you can.

So you take our orders then hold us in the drive thru for 37 mins until you close and not bother to serve us the food we ordered. Your management team is shady and I literally will never eat at McDonald's again

I ordered 1 large coffee in drive through at 9:53 am recieved at 10:06 ..if I hadn't have already paid I would have left..this isn't the first time has happened at this location, its EVERY SINGLE TIME..but this is the first time I'm saying something..and coffee was made wrong but at that point I was drenched in sweat from waiting in car and extremely over it..gotta do better..
