Always everything fast food should be! Quality service and the best customer service! Other fast food businesses should follow example and not just mimic my pleasure if employee even opens their mouth or says anything besides NO PROBLEM...I mean this generation needs manners and home training or just employer training!

Ask anyone and they will tell you that I am known for my love of Chick-fil-A. I come to this location almost every morning to grab breakfast on my way to work and the staff is so wonderful. They do a great job of making sure I get through the line quickly and get on my way every morning. The food is always hot and fresh, and the tea is sweet ☺️

Not a separate bag for sauces. Not a separate bag for creamers. It was black male cashier. Chik fi A I need you to refund me my money. Even McDonalds knows to separate coffee Creamer and the cashier told me they don’t put creamers in Coffee. The restaurant CFA does and has for me on multiple occasions. I work just like you and I Have a fatal illness called Lupus LSE. I will be contacting corporate. Please retrain this cashier. If you don’t want to work, DONT. I have LUPUS which is why I wear a bonnet so do not categorize me with anyone in your crew. I work with 2 KIDS and raise them ALONE. If you didn’t want to clock in, nobody forced you to work there and that’s on God.

They are always so kind and will give you a free cup of iced water if you ask. Doesn’t matter if I go early or late everyone is super polite and I appreciate that given how hard these days get sometimes. The delivery area is usually busy but they have a great set up for parking wether it’s dine in or delivery and the drive thru moves fairly quickly. It’s my fave location currently.

Ben was super nice for 730am...with a suddenly busy restaurant. Our cruise ship has just started disembarking, and I think the whole boat was hungry...on top of the regular customers. The rest of the team was nice, their were some grumpy customers that they handled well. Bathrooms needed some attention, but no fault to the staff....I'm sure they hadn't had the time or the manpower to get to them yet.
