Pizza Hut

This is by far the WORSE Pizza Hut location in Norfolk, Virginia. Every time I order from this location I am once again disappointed. This location needs to either shut down, or have better management set in place. Every time I order delivery I’m waiting almost 3 hours for my food. Tonight I decided to order carry out, I ordered 2 stuff crust pizzas and a order of (6) mild wings. When I went to pick my order up I was given boneless wings. I told The young lady this is NOT what I ordered. She offered to change the wings to bone in but I would have to wait an add’l 10+ minutes for my food. So I explained to the young lady that I was turned off and I’ll just take my order so I can leave. She was very passive aggressive with me and she shouldn’t be working in customer service at all with that attitude or face. I will never order from this location again. Someone needs to shut it down it’s never a good experience with these guys. Tonight was my last night ever ordering my dinner from this location. It’s turned me off from all Pizza Huts in general. If I could give ZERO stars I would’ve. Please take my advice and never order from this location.

the person your representative spoke with must have lied when our pizza was 2 hours late... he told me it had just come out of the oven and it would arrive shortly and I would be compensated with a 15 credit... the pizza did shortly arrive but it was cold and hard. we were not pleased in the least by the order but I will order another takeout order tonight and hope the experience is better... I left pizza hut for my local dominos more than 2 years ago and have returned as I was let down by dominoes 3 times in as many weeks in a row.

Extremely disappointed in the edge pizza. I ordered it with extra cheese to ensure that I had enough cheese. Not a chance. I questioned what it would be like if I ordered regular cheese? The cashier responded with,"there hardly would be any"! I simply asked for a refund and went on my way. Please put some cheese on your edge pizza...

I placed at 7:58pm an order on through the pizza hut app & paid for it with the last of my money on my card. I received a call saying their storing is closing an hour earlier listed what google is saying they are open until. The refund situation can be a little better, I was in desperate need to feed my family & we enjoy Pizza Hut quite often. I do not want to be rude but the way the food service industry is here in Norfolk needs to raise its standards. We live in a world with individuals who are not self aware, live without dignity & morals.

Very very very bad experience 2nd time they mess my pizza up. manager on shift at 3:00pm 6/18/2022 it was a black older lady she is nasty disrespectful no type of respect. I told her my order was wrong she started cussing and yelling in my ear. Manager stated she wasn’t giving no refund no store credit an no replacement. I will be calling Corporate Monday morning. An if they don’t fired her I will have the news reporter there.

So I had just moved here from out of state in January. Pizza hut is my favorite "large chain" pizza and I decided to place an order online. I ordered from this location because apparently it was closest to home. When I got there to pick up, the door was locked and I saw no one inside. I then called the store and still no answer. Finally some dummy came to the door saying "we can't take any orders because we're getting ready for the super bowl tomorrow." Are you kidding me? Then why didn't you call me immediately after placing my order jackass. I would've gladly went to another location. Now it's too late for anything at this point. Months later, now in April, I try again. I order online and go pick up. Once again the door was locked and some chick finally decided to come and open and to our surprise (not really) the pizza isn't done. So we wait an additional 30 minutes for 1 dang pizza, that I know for a fact only takes 15 minutes. 2 mishaps is enough for me. I will call corporate and complain. I also will not be going back to this one EVER again!!! Food was good though😕
