Barnstormers Family Bar & Grill

It was a really nice place to eat when it first opened, and reasonably priced as well. Over the last few years the portion sizes have gotten smaller while the price gets higher. We were also seated by the bar and could hear the bartender making snotty comments to the servers. She was constantly taking her mask off, and even when she did wear it, it never covered her nose, very unprofessional. This isn't the first time we had a problem with her, had her for a server in the past and the service was terrible, and she was plain rude. They must be really hard up for employees to keep her.

Great location. Super clean inside and friendly staff. I hit up the three course meal. House salad, boneless buffalo wings, and three cheese chicken penne. Food tastes fresh and came out hot and in a timely manner. Service was great and the adult beverages were mixed well. I definitely recommend this location AAA+++ Update: 2nd visit was not as good as the first. Took a half hour to get the appetizer from my 2 for 22$ then when I finally got my 6oz steak it was not how I ordered, it was over cooked. Had to knock a few stars off for this.

My wife and I ate at the Norfolk,Ne location on 10/17/2020.We arrived at 1:30 in the afternoon.We waited about 15 minutes before our order was taken.My steak was so very chewy that I couldn't eat it.The shrimp I ordered was pretty good.My coffee came barely luke warm.My wife's meal was sub par at best.I did ask to speak with a manager, who promptly came.I explained my issues to him,and he seemed to care. Our meals were discounted 50%.I wouldn't recommend this place.There are better places to eat in town. Big Red Keno comes to mind.I don't think I'd come to Applebee's if the meals were free!

Ordered 2 steak meals to go and was told 15 minutes. Husband waited long after that and then was told when he got the order they were busy. Husband asked why it took so long when lots of other people were picking up their orders. Got home and no fries with my steak. Called back and Amber was very unpleasant. Asked for manager and that wasn’t much better. $10 gift card was all they offered and didn’t even offer to send it! Maybe done going here.....
