The Rocketeer Restaurant - North Berwick - Photo album

We went North Berwick suddenly. We did not know what it was like or what to do. We had a night free, got the train , thought should go somewhere seaside. Lovely place despite the windy weather. We saw the Rocketeer, was hungry, went there, on the menu u may think not too many options, but the best f
The best fish & chips I’ve ever had - simply beautiful and can highly recommend. Views are spectacular & a very special dining experience.
We dropped in without a reservation and were seated straight away. Best fish I’ve tasted in a long while. My son thoroughly enjoyed his. When I saw the large portion I didn’t think he would manage it. How wrong was I? Demolished it no problem at all 😉😂
Called in for lunch at the half way point of a 70 mile bike ride. Asked about the size of the fish as I didn’t think I wanted a large portion. Turned out it was bigger than expected, but delicious and I finished it all so no complaints! Well priced given the seafront location and happy to give 5 sta
Had a very nice lunch yesterday at the rocketeer. Staff extremely friendly and the fish I had was Lovley. Definitely recommend you visit when in north Berwick.
Good was simple but excellent great place for seafood! We were on a table that didn't have good views and was next to the loos so would book next time. Well worth a visit for seafood lovers!
During peak hours they managed to find a table for us. Nice service. The order was delivered quickly. Very large portion. Very nice view from the restaurant.
What a lovely cafe. U can have your lunch whilst looking out to sea. Lovely food. We had fish and chips. Lovely fish batter nice and crispy. Asked for mushy peas which came like crushed peas and they were very dry. Not my cup of tea. Lovely place will return.
No wonder it's always fully booked! Really excellent! One of the 2 best Lobsters in Scotland! Very kind staff also, running around and attentive.
My first visit to this place and really enjoyed it. Staff were great, friendly and attentive. I had the fish and chips. Fish was very tasty and it was good portion size. Will definitely return.
Great spot and view! It was a bit hot inside, but the nice staff made up for it. The salt and pepper squid was a bit bland but we enjoyed the battered fish and chips.
Great stuff. We enjoyed a great afternoon with good food, friendly staff and great views. You should go
Fantastic food portions are huge, great seaviews, dog friendly
The chowder was really delicious! The squid was tender and the fish and chips had a good taste. The fish cakes could have done with a little more spice. Fries were crunchy but also quite fat. Service was quick. All in all a nice dinner!
Lovely little restaurant with excellent view of New Berwick’s coast. The portions are very generous for the price — each plate pictured is a half portion! However, the food has a bit to be desired. The chowder soup was amazing with great texture and saltiness punch from the shrimp (5/5). Yet the Fi
I have only rated 4 stars on atmosphere because the air con was broken and it was really very warm but they apologized for the issue and explained that before we went in so our choice to stay. It was very nice, my partner loved the seafood chowder said it was excellent. Lovely place right by the sea
This is a fantastic restaurant and even better now that it is sheltered. (It's in a very beautiful but windy spot by the sea). The seafood is wonderful. We had the half lobster and chips, and it did not disappoint. The staff are very friendly and attentive. It's just great!
