A nice place, ordered a sandwich and it came with a free cup of tea. Staff were very helpful. Loved the ice cream bar. Some in store items were abit over the top for pricing but other than that a really nice place for a bite to eat.
This Thorntons has reinvented itself as more of a cafe, that happens to sell chocolates. Which is a masterstroke as it is always busy with patrons visiting and buying cafe food. The choice is quite good, soups, sandwiches, panini, cakes, and all hot & cold beverages. The quality and choice is okay, and you do get value for money. A good choice for a quick, simple and quick lunch for everybody.
Lovely little coffee shop which sells a great range of sandwiches. I bought a chedder cheese and caramelised onion toastie and it was done to perfection. You also get a free chocolate to go with your coffee. On the left of the shop is the standard Thorntons range of chocolates and there is also a small ice cream parlor with a good selection of flavours.
Always a good cup of latte which comes with a couple of free Thornton chocolates. Buy boxed of chocolates scrumptious ice-cream variety of drinks and cakes and friendly and welcoming staff.
Black coffee Americano was Nice, chocolate caramel slice rather pricey but nice on the palate but the staff I found were really nice and friendly. I will go back again in the future
Love going in this shop. I’m a chocoholic and you get lots of variety of chocolate here. Always look forward to get some.

We had a lovely time, when we had a little spillage, the ladies helped to clean up straight away, and calmed the situation with free chocolate buttons and a replacement coffee.
