What a bunch of lovely friendly staff! Was made to feel very welcome by the staff and other customers. We were lucky enough to nab a seat by the log fire which was topped up regularly and kept us nice and warm. Husband ( and 3 year old daughter )were over the moon that the football was playing and the immaculate toilets were a godsend for me and her. Now the fish and chips....delicious! Really really tasty. The view is fantastic too!. Will hopefully be moving just up the road and would love to visit here regularly.

Different pub to visit near the Marina and Royal Quay parks. Good walks and the Lock restaurant close by. Space for kids and dogs to play. Reasonable pint and canny on the wallet.

Great pub, well priced beer and amazing views, especially sitting on the deck in summer. Looking its age, could just do with a spot of paint to freshen it up.

Great old lady but beginning to look her age such a shame as when I was engineer she was something to be proud to serve in. December 28th I have since heard that the owner is to install a fish restaurant on board and do some refurbishing work. I am sure this will bring the old girl back to her former glory. I wish the ship and the owner all the best and my next visit will be a happy reunion. All the best. Mike
