We visited here for my partners birthday last week and were so surprised at the complete transformation of the place! The food, service & atmosphere were 5 star and if we could give it more than 5 stars we would! The staff were very attentive, food was absolutely incredible (probably the best steak

had a few drinks in a delightful beer garden sat at the top. People were eating and the food did look and smell very good. will definitely go again and have a meal as highly recommended by my son who lives across the road.

Excellent food! slightly let down by the little touches, went for Sunday roasts, no roasts menus or info boards so no idea they actually did them unless you ask... beef was good, the whole plaice was served with a Yorkshire pudding and roast potatoes which was a first, slight issue with dessert men

Such a welcoming pub, with a great selection of beers, spirits and wines. The Beer Garden is great in the summer and they also have a big function room to accommodate those special occasions. It's very deceiving from the outside, so make sure you pay a visit when you're next passing :)

Honestly the best roast dinner me and my wife have ever had, everything about it was perfect. Highly recommend.
