Graylings as a small chain in North Devon is probably the best. Fish not too greasy, chips cooked perfectly, not an expensive chippy either compared to some. The restaurant is nice as well.
Good food and good service overall. Was a little bit disappointed in the size of the large chips portion. A tad on the small side for the money
Other than the opening times, this place is amazing if you just want some top quality fish and chips. Every place needs their own dedicated chippy, this is ours and it's one of the best around in my opinion.

popped in as I was passing through North Tawton best sausage and chips I had in years hands down.. wish we had a chippy like this in lapford instead of the frozen naff they serve at the scoop.
Lots of lovely chips! Fish was great quality too. Parking was outside but can be difficult. We ordered and paid online where you enter from a choice of pickup times. Check you have the full order before leaving as the bags don't always say 1 of 2 etc, but full marks for their speedy phone call wh

Recommended by my brother in law. Drove from sticklepath. 6 adults 2 children and a baby. Wonderful food, child portions really generous. We all sat in the restaurant and had a great meal being served by attentive anticipatory staff.
