Nicely appointed shop with good range of furniture, made to measure curtains, kitchen bits and bobs, cushions light shades etc. Ended up buying two upholstered dining chairs. Cafe is ok, we ordered rarebit and Yorkshire rarebit, got basic cheese on toast. Will be going back to look at sofas but not

Great cafe with a wonderful selection of food and drinks. Set on two floors with stairs and a lift with a good carpark.

Visited today and visited the cafe. Glass of prosseco on arrival due to stores 30th birthday celebrations.
Cafe very busy, but table soon became available.
Good choice on menu, all freshly prepared.
Will definitely return.
Can recommend coronation chicken , prawn mayo ( both sandwiches) and chips.
Fantastic place to visit - especially the cafe upstairs. Oodles of space. Great menu. Great Coffees. Very clean, bright and cosy. Staff and management are exquisite and always serve you with a smile. Well done Barkers! :)
Great coffee, my friend had an awesome breakfast! I settled for an amazing tiramisu. Whatever you choose, the quality is excellent.

Bought a mattress from Barkers and received great advice and a good price. Aftercare and customer service was superb and delivery was spot on, (big shout out to the delivery guys who were very polite and professional).

I called into Barkers In November and ordered some Ercol bedroom furniture and a mattress. From deciding on which mattress with Ali to the two delivery guys who just assembled everything the whole experience as usual with Barkers has been exceptional. This store will go above and beyond anyone else
Always like to go to barkers home when I visit family. Good parking and free. Lots of different departments to wander around and then treat yourself to a nice coffee and cake.

A well stocked furniture store with loads of choice for dining furniture, which is a rarity in this area. The sales assistant, Geraldine, was really knowledgeable and very helpful. We will be back and would recommend this store if you need home furnishings.
