Had a very good Sunday roast today. Very hot and lovely selection. Dessert choice excellent and prices very reasonable. Pub was busy so glad we booked. The staff were very friendly and efficient. A pub to return to.

Delicious Sunday Roast served up for us hungry walkers! Choice of beef, lamb or chicken today with all the trimmings. Would thoroughly recommend. We will definitely be back!

17/06/23 - Had a great traditional pub lunch today. Ales kept nice and friendly service Menu had good old fashioned options . Good sized portions

Great local pub to have a few pints at. Make sure to hang out with Polly the local dog. Dogs are welcome inside fyi.

A lovely village pub serving home made food, real ales lovely & this pub is cleverly utilised as a local grocery shop..unity in the community. Lovely landlady been there 31 years..
Enjoyable night, great atmosphere, friendly, and welcoming, relaxing night out, worth a visit, recommend the food, people say to have a meal there is reasonable and well presented, and good service, what more could you ask for.look forward to go again.
Traditional English pub, awesome hearty food. I love coming here whenever we have a celebration or event in the family. I love consistency and a friendly face.
Great steak and ale pie and excellent pint on a Wednesday lunch. And amazing value. Will definitely be back.
