Overall can't beat Costa Coffee at any branch. Coffee is always hot and good taste and everything else is a bonus.
The main woman who serves is extremely pleasant and happy 5*
The shop is situated on a area which is good for people watching very entertaining.
An excellent Costa outlet with well mannered baristas and fast service. The coffee was a bit Luke warm rather than hot though!

The town centre was in utter chaos today due to a bombscare. The girls in there did an AMAZING job serving us all and it was VERY busy! Just wanted to say a big thank you for how well you managed and for keeping all us retail workers spirits up!
Great place to enjoy a cup of coffee, I come to this Costa every morning and Michelle and Aneta are two lovely ladies who are very helpful always bring my food to the table so I don’t have to wait and always handle stress well even if there is a queue. The drinks are really nice and service is quick.
Good clean standard Costa, chained yes but you still get your caffeine’s dosage needs.
Brilliant staff very efficient even though it was really busy. Very friendly, food was lovely. Really important too, the toilet was very clean!

Everything is very delicious, the staff is friendly and concerned, but the toilet was very bad, I couldn't use it.

I've ordered by the app for collection.... waited for a while in store for girl to even realize there's an order to be made. Luckily I wasn't in a rush. She was very polite and apologetic.
