Have delivered to car by a member of staff that was very jolly. Was offered if I needed sugar they would get it, but dod not need it. Food was to the standard expected. Car park clean bins not overflowing. Could do with better and more clear collection zones.
We did visit at a very busy time, the tables were not the cleanest I’ve seen and both ourselves and another lady had to return to the counter as items were missing from the order. I did forget to make mine a large meal as we’d ordered at the counter and not the self serve machine. It was a shame the
Nice an convenient, next to A45 close to the entrance of Riverside Retail Park, average McDonald's restaurant. Most of the times I order through the app and that gives me some reward points which I then use to order other products. Last time I wanted to order here they had no ice-cream, which was on
Took 20 mins to get my order but when I finally got it the food was hot, well made and fresh. Added extras to all the burgers and all were correctly done.
Place was clean, there were available seats for 8 people, and tablets were working for kids to play.
Staff was very kind and welcoming.
As good as McDonald's can get, it was clean and tidy and we got served very fast.

Worth going. Food and service as it should be. Disabled toilet door needs fixing though. Door mostly fixed. Restaurant side staff, younger female on this visit, was lovely and wonderfully understanding and supportive.
One of the better and consistently better locations.
