1st customer to go through this new BP car wash opened today. Staff really nice. This has to be the number one spot for machine wash at £8. Machinery all brand new, looks like the same set up as Shell. For me Shell takes the no2 spot for car wash when it is working their ultimate wash is always discounted to £6-8. Tesco to be honest the machinery is too old. Only go there when Shell is closed. And its too expensive. The blow machine does a terribly job in tesco trying to dry the excess water. No 1 spot BP M&S Big up!!

I stopped to buy an egg and mayo sandwich meal deal for my lunch and I also bought hot cross buns and daffodils for my Mum and some reduced cream cakes for a treat.
There's often reduced bargains here (it's an M&S food).
The shop and forecourt are always clean and tidy and the staff are friendly.

Most staff are ok, but there is one male who is a bit older who is so miserable, ignorant, and rude to customers I am amazed he is in a customer facing role. Clearly doesn't enjoy his job..or like the public!!

Very rude staff who will not give you the time of day if you just top off your tank.
I personally like to keep my diesel above the half of the tank because of fuel efficiency but it seems £30 isn't enough for these people every week . Which in my opinion is a lot of money for a bit of crude oil with Additives.
Overall I'd say lower your diesel cost to below the average of the UK.
Especially when crude oil is at $50 a crate
It isn't necessary to charge as much as you do and not every customer is stupid enough to pay the price you charge.

Staff can't clean there own toilets. So when they need cleaning you can't use the toilet for hours......cheers BP.
