Really nice food here, fresh, crispy battered cod, the kids loved their meals and it was just the right amount, we're all very full but still no unnecessary waste as there often is with excessive amounts in other chip shops. Definitely will go here again on takeaway night!
I wanted to try the chippy closer to my home as my usual chip shop had changed hands and wasn’t as good as it previously was, and to my surprise I found the Oh My Cod lady had just changed locations to St James Fish Bar. Glad to have found her here. They do the best and freshest food, you can wait just 5-10 mins while they cook your food, best service and good variety
This fish shop has been taken over recently 2 months and I can say the food is good and the new owners are respectable.
I ordered a fish and chips delivery and It was on point.
Just passing after a 12hr shift and given free chips and a can of pop for working for the NHS. Such a nice end to a day. Support this business. Thanks
